M3S Media is a global filmmaker network specializing in Internet media sales and marketing. We have spent years developing a scalable model that we are applying to the film and video industry. Considering our size, we are not high profile. This is because we have been concentrating on ground level B2B sales to create work for our filmmaker and business consultants. M3S Global has an unique business model in which our filmmakers and business consultants work together to fill in the gaps between their existing jobs, to create a regular flow of work and growing personal cash flow. Qualifications:

Must show samples of previous work, preferably online.

Good interview skills.

Must provide your own equipment package, at minimum:

Professional grade 3 chip camera

Digital video recording to MiniDV or a tapeless medium. SD is Ok, HD capability preferred.

Fluid head tripod

Lavalier or shotgun microphone with boom

Small lighting kit (3 units,) suitable for interviews

Video capture and non-linear editing capability, ability to export to MP4 (H.264)

Internet connection for uploading video to our server.

These are minimum requirements. If you have additional skills, your business consultant will put them to use!

Experienced and award-winning production team is looking for PM, Line Producer, DP, AD and associated crew positions.
