Duties: Intern will assist adultswim.com staff with daily, weekly and long-term video tasks. This opportunity will allow the intern to see the full process on going live with Internet content. Responsibilities include preparing episodes for Internet consumption, creating promotional video around website content, and assisting with shooting and capturing footage. Intern must be able to work in a team-based environment with a focus on fast turnarounds.

Posting Job Description Please Note: Internships are UNPAID and structured to last approximately 12 weeks. Course Credit is available.
Resume and Cover Letter are required. Students should have a strong academic record (3.0 strongly preferred) and good character. Students must have completed their sophomore year in college prior to the start of the internship. In addition, students may not have graduated college or graduate school prior to the start of the internship (i.e. students must still be enrolled in school during the time of the internship). Students seeking college credit are strongly encouraged to apply.
Note to International Students: All international students will be required to provide documentation of proper visa paperwork prior to your arrival if accepted to the program. Only J1 or F1 visas will be accepted.

Due to the high volume of candidates for Turner’s Internship Program, interested students are encouraged to apply for openings as soon as possible as these positions will be filled on an ongoing basis. Future semester Internship postings will be available after the current semester deadline.
Department Description: Adultswim.com is a fast-paced, growing site that supports on air programming. This department is responsible for pushing out creative content for games, shows, web casts and blogs, music, and random areas of interest.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate must be currently enrolled in a four-year college or university in a Film or Broadcast-related field. Must be proficient with Final Cut Pro and be familiar with a wide variety of video codecs and output formats. A general After Effects and Photoshop proficiency is needed along with organizational excellence. Familiarity with Flash, HTML, or Fireworks is a plus. Intern will need to be able to communicate clearly in both written and oral form. An interest in the online community and adult swim content is mandatory. Sense of humor will be rigorously tested before beginning the internship. 40 hours per week is preferred.
