Picture the future as a member of our creative communications team. We are looking for an experienced and talented Motion Graphics Specialist. Join the creative studios of Northrop Grumman Information Systems (TASC) to support high priority national security interests and corporate communications. Work as a vital part of our production crew creating high-end videos, taping live events, and developing multimedia content. Work within a team environment to achieve solutions that answer specific client requests. The employee will work in a multi-level secure environment producing video and multimedia content to support customer program/project startups, video productions, training, multimedia products, high profile briefings, and corporate communications. As an integral part of the interactive team, the Motion Graphics Specialist will work with other artists, art directors, and creative directors in writing and/or developing interactive ideas. A successful motion graphics artist will have an intense passion for motion design coupled with the ability to work on a variety of projects. The specialist must have excellent typography and visual design skills; be highly organized and self-motivated; proficient in After Effects, Flash, Photoshop and Illustrator; advanced experience with Final Cut Pro; advanced experience developing layouts and storyboards, a strong online portfolio/reel, possess a strong ability to conceptualize and execute entire projects working within a collaborative team environment. A current active TS/SCI is required.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience creating broadcast quality motion graphics. The candidate must possess knowledge in the use of Adobe CS, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and Motion. Experience with DVCAM, HD, and digital still cameras a plus. Excellent communications skills are a must in this position and the candidate will need to interact with all levels of our clients’ senior management. Candidates must provide a demo reel exhibiting sound technical ingenuity and creativity. Relocation Assistance Available. Security Clearance Required.
