Producer, Digital and 3-D Media - Turner Broadcasting
Qualifications: Liberal Arts or Technology undergraduate degree. Advanced degree in Arts or Journalism a plus. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated passion for news and television, and a working knowledge of video production and computer skills along with a strong knowledge of basic coding and graphic packages i.e., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects. He/She must also have experience working with various graphic systems or the ability to quickly learn and utilize technologies such as the VizRt graphics system, FinalCut Pro and 3-D Studiomax. Must have experience with C++ and any 3D package, preferably Maya. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines are a must.
Duties: Point person responsible for an array of new technology projects; participating from concept through delivery for storytelling on and with the Multi-Touch wall, including training and continued development. Researches stories and form his or her own editorial perceptions. Strategically pulls together the efforts of a variety of disciplines including, but not limited to: design, programming, technology development, interaction with outside vendors, and all branches of the production teams. Create and execute story ideas for the wall while working collaboratively with others (graphics, editorial, operations and engineering) to achieve results. Gathering video and all elements for stories.
